Our college successfully conducted an important training program focused on emergency situations that may arise during aviation operations. Organized in collaboration with AFAD, the training provided our students and staff with detailed instruction on proper response methods for fires, earthquakes, and other emergencies.
Following the theoretical briefing, participants had the opportunity to gain experience in acting quickly, consciously, and in a coordinated manner during potential crisis situations through practical exercises. The training, which included fire and earthquake drills, proved highly effective in terms of both raising awareness and enhancing preparedness.
We would like to thank the MYO administration, as well as Lecturers Hasan Ali Özdemir and Barış Işıldak, for their unwavering support in making this valuable event possible. We also extend our gratitude to the AFAD teams for their contributions to the training process and wish to emphasize that we will continue to carry out such awareness and preparedness initiatives.
